K-Secure Managed Firewall Service

The K-Secure Firewall Program is designed to protect your business from outside threats, unscrupulous hackers, malicious intruders, and other harmful factor that can cause damage to your network or data loss. With the vast increase and complexity of today's internet based attacks, it has become increasing important to add incremental layers of security protection at your network's perimeter (before it gets through your firewall, and inside your network).

Today's firewalls provide much more protection from malware and cyber attacks then in the past. We will provide you a new SonicWALL TZ210 configured with the Comprehensive Gateway Security Suite and three years of hardware warranty and software upgrade support.

This new SonicWALL solution truly brings enterprise class protection to small and medium sized businesses. Included in the solution are all of the following features, which can be turned on or not as required:

• A new full featured firewall with three years of manufacturer's warranty and update support service
• A complete VPN solution
• Anti-virus software at the gateway
• Anti-spyware software at the gateway
• Intrusion prevention service that blocks other types of known exploits
• Application inspection – interrogates email, web, file transfer, streaming, and instant messenger (IM) traffic for malware
• Content filtering – to enforce productivity and protection policies, and block inappropriate, illegal, and dangerous web content
• Monthly detailed reporting – including website and bandwidth usage by user
• Real-time monitoring - which allows us to see who is on the internet, and what may be causing a degradation of service
• Fully managed and supported by Krantz Secure Technology

A key component of this service is that we have implemented SonicWALL's Global Management System in our NOC, which enables us to remotely manage these services for our customers, as well as providing us a real-time view of what is traversing your firewall, greatly increasing our ability to troubleshoot things like perceived degradation of Internet services. We also collect a great deal of statistics, so a wide range of detailed reporting is available.
