K-Secure Mail

K- Secure Mail is a cloud based monthly service that provides in depth mail and web security functionality, in addition to providing an Exchange LiveArchive of all inbound and outbound mail.

Krantz Secure Mail uses 6 different anti-virus engines to scan all email attachments (some anti-virus vendors respond faster to day zero attacks than others), and three different spam prevention technologies. By combining various technologies we are able to more reliably detect and discard dangerous content before it reaches your network.

An additional very attractive feature of this service is our Off-Site Exchange Backup – a cloud based live replica of all your email activity, in and out of the organization. As the mail goes through our gateway, where it is scrubbed for malware and spam, a copy is delivered to our LiveArchive system of clustered Microsoft Exchange 2010 servers. Over time, this creates an identical mailbox to that on your own server.

If an outage occurs, you will be able to login to the LiveArchive using your email address and a password, and you will be able to send and receive mail from anywhere that you can get on the internet (using only a browser).
