Disaster Preparedness Audits We feel it is essential that our customers understand that recovering from a large-scale disaster may require much more than simply having an off-site backup tape.

We work with our customers to identify the level of contingency plan that is appropriate for them. This means identifying what services must be available or able to be restored in a determined time frame, and for how many users.

Then we establish what must be in place to achieve the desired level of service (again based on the assumption that they can not retrieve anything from their site).

Document the steps to recovery

The end result of this process is the creation of “Disaster Preparedness Kit” that is fully tested, and stored off-site in a secure location.
